Return & Exchange

Please note that all item purchased online is not exchangeable and refundable in stores.

 

Return

The returned products should be in the original condition, the tags of the clothes must still attach to the items.

 If the products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

Tiny Button will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

 

Once we have received your parcel in our warehouse, we will refund the value of your returned items to the same payment method initially used for the purchase.

It will take approximately 15 working days for the refund process of your returned parcel.

Please note that the shipping fees to be pay by consumers.

 

Exchange

The exchange of goods/products should be in the original condition, the tags of the clothes must still attach to the items.

 We do not accept exchange If the products have been used or damaged by the customer.

Tiny Button will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

 

Once we have received your parcel in our warehouse, we will deliver the exchanged item within 7 days.

We must received the return parcel in order to send the exchange parcel. 

Please note that the shipping fees to be pay by consumers for exchange.

 

 

The items you wish to return/exchange need to be sent to us 10 days from the date you received your parcel.
