Q: How to check my order?

A: You can log in and go to “My Account” to check your order status.

 

Q: What payment method do you accept?

A: We only accept online banking, Boost E-wallet, Grab pay & Touch N Go.

 

Q: I’m from Singapore, how do I pay?

A: We only accept PayPal payment for Singapore users at the moment.

 

Q: How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

A: Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

 

Q: How to change delivery address after placing the order?

A: Please email us within 24 hours of placing your orders.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: The flat rate within Malaysia is RM10. Flat rate to Singapore is RM60.

 

Q: Why can’t I make payment?

A:  Sometimes due to high capacity, it might take longer to process the payment, you can try make the payment again by logging in to tinybutton.co. If problems occur, please contact us for assistance.

 

Q: Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?

A: Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.
Please contact us about the cancellation order. Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancelled.

Delivery & Tracking

Q: How long does it takes to ship out the items?

A: All orders should take 7-14 working days, excludes weekends & public holiday.

 

Q: Do you have next day delivery?

A: We do not provide next day delivery service at the moment, all orders will dispatch accordingly.

 

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Currently we only ship to Singapore, for other countries please contact us.

 

Q: Which courier do you use to ship the orders?

A: We are currently using Pos Laju to deliver all orders.  

 

Q: Can I pick up an order or drop off a return from your headquarters?

A: Sorry we currently do not have this service available.

 

 

Return & Exchange

 

Q: I want to exchange size, what can I do?

A: For size exchange, please contact us to check the stock availability.

 

Q: Do I need to pay for the shipping fees for exchange?

A: Yes, customers that request exchange for personal reason, will need to pay for shipping fees for back and forth.

 

Q: What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

A: We are so sorry for that, please contact us to make amends.

 

Q: What should I do if I want to return the items?

A:  Please contact us for return. The items you wish to return need to be sent to us within 10 days from the date you received the parcel.
